The ricers here are the guys with 125/150 cc scooters with obnoxiously loud exhausts.

They did have a lawnmower racing circuit and Gold Eagle (303) has a pretty cool one they take to the races. I'll have to see if I can find my old emails with all the pictures. The guy who was driving it Bobby Cleveland just retired so I'm n to sure who's going to be driving it now.

Here's an old article and video with him at the Bonneville Salt Flats. He had set the record that day with a speed of 96.529 mph.

During the weekend of Sept. 24-26, Cleveland took back the record with an official speed of 96.529 mph at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.

You know I completely forgot that lawnmower racing was a thing. Honda dabbled in it before with a sweet prototype. Wonder if the V8 makes 24hp? 3hp briggs times 8.
