It seems that the US dollar is being affected by inflation. Thus us Canucks are getting a rise in or Canadian Currency. This get's me thinking to buy some USD for future mods on a 6G Ranger. No point buying parts now as they may not fit on the next Gen Ranger. Plus in the future I can have my parts delivered to Point Roberts WA and drive over the boarder to pick them up. Cheaper shipping. This is once the Canada US boarder opens up.
Although the the US inflation will probably make the parts more expensive.

A friend of mine in finance for the Canadian Government told me
both countries are looking at slapping tariffs on Ford Ranger after
market products ( one product of note that is highly contentious is
the tailgate dampener). President Biden referred to as a damper
while Prime Minister Trudeau referred to it as a dampener which
is widening the gap in this trade dispute.
