My 2020 Ranger Lariat FX4 is now gone. Got an offer at local dealer I couldn’t refuse. Took advantage of Ranger Values and got a truck I’ve wanted for a while. Love the 392 engine in every vehicle Dodge puts it in. Dealer had this- one owner 2019 Ram 2500 6.4 Big Horn sport with all the goodies. It does have high miles (130k highway) from previous owner being a regional sales rep. He was meticulous with maintenance and cleanliness. Picked up Ram for $29k, TRADED Ranger for $40k. Got a free lifetime power train warranty on Ram as well. Not going to build the Ram (for now) as I will build my next Ranger. Don’t throw things at me y’all. Haha.

Those motors sound good, not sure I could stomach the gas bill. Enjoy until the next toy.

She’s getting 14.1 mpg city so far on 87 (dealer filled it up) ranger got 16-18mpg with the setup I had so not as bad as I thought. I only drive 7k miles and year (+-) can’t wait to open the 6.4 up someday. For now I’ll enjoy the peace and quiet. Haha.

It's got an emblem of a Uterus and ovaries on the steering wheel. :frown:.........can't wait to see the new Ranger!
Damn ! I see it now ! I couldn't recognize it before because they look different from the back view , or is it upside down ? Doesn't really matter I guess , as long as it's there...
and another amazing car deal I'm not a part of, nor ever have been ...

They must have taken the emblem off the front of the grill due to many 911 calls of a uterus and ovaries chasing them down the hiway from people seeing it in their rear view mirrors!

I guess the difference is much. Stainless works, google it. Probably some of the best sounding exhausts and headers. Sound incredible on the 392. No one needs peace haha.

look at those tiny tires. how you supposed to let the other mall rats know you are a serious offroader?

at 130k you should get another at least 20k before the valves start dropping...

6.4’s that are well maintained shouldn’t have an issue. At work we service 10 fleet 6.4 Rams that are over 250k with no issues. What kills valves, Cams and rockers on the Hemis is the same thing that can kill any motor: lack of oil changes. This one has been done every every 6k at dealer per fleet requirements.

I don’t want to sink any money in this truck that I won’t get back, but if I had it my way I’d keep this and my next ranger. Maybe that will happen so I can actually build this one.
