Trying to downgrade sync 3 to fix it!

Having the resets radio source and display settings every start.
Trying to downgrade to build 22200 to fix. Downloaded this build to USB from cyanlabs but truck isn't doing anything when I put the USB in either port!
Which port is the correct one?
How do you get the truck to find the USB???

I use the one closest to the driver but I don't think it matters. Is the USB drive formatted as exFAT?

Yes, if doing it in windows there is a pulldown for the format type, but it's best to use the Cyanlabs updater to create the USB drive, it works very well. Have you tried to update to 3.4.23188 available in tthe updater? It fixes many issues (just do not do the maps)

Either port should work. Only the updates can be on the USB flash drive. But if your current SYNC3 build is a later version than 22200, it won't downgrade. You will have to do a factory reset then 'upgrade' to 22200. Note that latest version is 22251.
