Lockable side cases: fitment with spray-in bedliner and bed mat?

I bought my Ranger used and it came with a spray-in bedliner as well as a nice heavy duty rubber bed mat (ford branded). I wonder if I'll have enough clearance to install some of the ford-branded lockable side-cases? Or will there not be enough clearance under the case to allow it to swing it? Thanks for stories of anyone trying this particular setup!

Plenty of room. I have a spray in liner and a Bed Rug bed mat which is thicker than the rubber mat and still around 2 inches of clearance.

OK I just installed these a couple of weeks ago. I have the spray on bed liner. Very easy install. I did however slightly drill out the three holes that the back vertical brackets screwed into using a smaller drill bit. Both were mounted in 1/2 hour. The horizontal brackets use the tie down holes and the tie downs still work. Very slick setup. They remove very easily if need be and are lockable individually and too the truck!! Purchased from Levittown Ford!!!!!
