Anyone on here have any experience with TRex Grills? Got any pics? Curious how installation is. I’ve looked around on here but didn’t see anything. Also couldn’t find instructions on there website. Looking at this one for about. Thanks for the help.

Installation is likely going to be the same as with any grill for the Ranger. It's not a hard job but kind-of a PIA due to the clips on the grill itself. Definitely something you want to watch a few how-to vids and take your time with to avoid broken tabs on the grill.

Falls into the bro-truck category for me. Pretty much any grills that cost too much because they are laser cut from metal.

At this time I think the AFN grill is the cleanest non-logo grill you can buy. It is basically the Raptor grill without the big FORD letters.

Been thinking about ordering one.

I mean the cost isn’t really that high. If I were to just buy a Raptor style grill and leave it as is sure it would be a 100-200 cheaper. But if want it painted to match the truck it would probably be in the neighborhood of 400+. unless I paint it myself which if I’ve learned anything it’s I’m not good at painting anything. I lack the patience for that.

These grills are also Made in the USA in my hometown of Corona which I appreciate. I actually like the grill they have with an included LED Bar but it’s a lot more pricey.

I haven’t seen this AFN grill your speaking of but I’m gonna look it up now. Grill isn’t top priority right now, still weighing the options. Just got some Eibach 2.0 coil overs and some rear shocks ordered.

You can get it with no lights, white lights, or amber lights I believe.

yes you can get white or white/ amber sequentials for turn signals for same price but i dont have the knowledge or bother to figure out how to splice and wire that up cleanly as just getting a y splitter with plugs already on it. was best cheap option i personally love the rtr grille but couldnt justify the 600$. This is Carolina beach nice spot for offroad vehicles, plenty of people bring their brodozers and dig themselves in good entertainment to watch.

they didnt have the ambers in stock when i purchased wish i got them as more options or i could just do amber always on dont think the white looks quiet as nice, the sequentials are awesome if you can figure out how to wire them no instructions with these. I dont have pictures atm just finished wiring it today and putting on some conduit to protect the wires.

Just found the grill and white/Amber’s on eBay. Free shipping too. Probably gonna pull the trigger tomorrow. Pretty sure I could figure it out with enough research and patience. Thanks for the info??

Ya if you have any experience or patience with YouTube guides on splicing and crimping wires it's simple just more than I wanted to do at the moment in my apartment parking lot haha. I'm thinking I may plastidip my tailgate emblem and my silver valence on my bumper though.

I just bought a black one off eBay. Way more than it should be but again I suck at painting, I’m happy with it.

How much? I remember seeing these over 100$ I think plastidip doesn't look as good but a can is also 7$ and virtually impossible to mess up.
