I am looking at possibly trading in my 2019 xlt crew cab 2wd with 14,000 miles.

Ideally I could trade it in and get a 2021 4×4 and still be in the truck for the same amount.

The main thing keeping me from doing so is the 0% financing on the currebt truck. However it could be worth the change if I can get several thousand dollars over what I owe on the lightly used 2wd.

Traded my '19 XLT 2WD SCrew last month. Got $29,500 trade (KBB offered almost $32K cash). Had 30,500 miles on it. We paid right at $32K for it in 2019. Bought a new XLT SCrew 4X4 for under $39K. Both have the 302A package, so they were very nearly identical trucks aside from the 4WD on the new one.
I think I may have gotten lucky, but I don't know. I don't do cars often so I don't know much about haggling. My Fordpass sent me an e-coupon for $1250 off a new vehicle and I used that, too. AND Ford gave me 0% financing for 60 months.

Your deal being good or not will likely depend on new truck availability. Mine was already built and "in transit", so I didn't have to order it or anything. I just lucked into finding the exact truck I wanted to have.

Interesting. I'd need a bit more than 29,500.

I see a few identical models that ar 95% what I want. Really kicking myself for not just going with 4×4 initially cause I really like the Saber color.
