I rented a camper over the weekend, I was on the fencing if I should buy tow mirrors in advance, but the camper had some suction cup universal ones to attach to existing mirrors included with the rental.

I'll admit they are of limited use due to the small size and any wind resistance they see would be put directly on the mirror it self. With limited speed while towing at 62MPH I had no issues, a little shake to them, but minimal. I found attaching them to the lower outer corners best for the Ranger as it left most of the EO mirror usable and didn't block view of the BLIS indicator. I plan to look at other temp towing options. I'm not sure I want the huge Clearview mirrors on the truck all the time.
