Tito Update

Hi Folks,

Just to update our Tortoise, Tito's status...

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

He went into brumation in mid October and our cleaning lady/Friend could not find him...In our haste to get from Flagstaff to home to our Michigan Condo where our daughter lives, we took the outside pillows and piled them into Margie's studio. Cleaning lady freaked out as she could not find him...finally in desperation she removed the pillows and there he was....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ! I will wake him up in March with warm water baths as he will have been in brumation for over 5 months....

thanks for the update phil! i was just wondering about tito the other day. 5 months - what a sleep.

I envy Tito, there are times I'd like to sleep through winter. Well maybe not 5 months, but 3 would work. Actually our winter has been pretty good this year in Wisconsin. Only one bad storm, our "blizzard of '24". That is all gone now as it has been in the upper 30s and 40s for the last 2 weeks. The sturgeon spearers are worried there won't be enough ice to get on the lake next week.

Glad to hear Tito was found and OK. Pray things are going well with you too Phil.
