To all my desert runners and trail mobbers, I need beefed up tie rod recs as mine are beginning to fail after running 3.5 kings lift/level and 33in bfg a/t ko2.

Curious - what are the signs of "beginning" to fail? Do you have extended length Kings up front? Also which upper control arms are you running?

(I have same setup - now at 110K miles)

Running a set of camburg racing billet UCAs. Kings 2.5 mid-travel length coilovers. The tie rods are starting to moan, groan, and clunk at lock. Wheel becomes sloppy yet extra sensitive at speed. Though that could be because my bfg all terrain ko2 had given way to tiger pawing on the inner side that that are so far out of balance.
