My Tb went out while driving in snowy conditions at 55k. 2021 Tremor Lariat. The TB was not covered under the powertrain warranty and it cost me about $600 to have the dealer replace it.
Damn dealers gouge people. The Motorcraft throttle body is $136 from RockAuto and is fairly easy to replace.

Unless it’s a mechanical breakage or binding then it’s the throttle body position sensor (TPS). The binding might be fixed by cleaning and lube. Mechanical breakage then wholesale replacement. TPS should be replaceable, unsure if it is.
The TPS is integral on modern drive-by-wire throttle bodies. They are generally not considered to be serviceable.
