Get a CTEK 5.0 and that will do it. Might be able to use your Ford points and get their branded one of the same
That's what I used my points on was this Ford (CTEK) maintainer. If you don't have points the same CTEK one is here on Amazon. There's an extended lead so you don't have to open the hood to connect it.

These are designed to be battery maintainers more than chargers. I use mine in 2 amp mode and it shows fully charged in a few minutes but my battery is not dead either.
My Battery Tender brand is only a 750ma and works just fine and dandy. Not sure why everyone is stressing about multi amp tenders. Yes, once plugged up it charges for a couple of hours before it goes green but it gets the job done.
Maybe mine stays in the red because my battery is 3+yrs old now and on its way out (I bought this to extend the life of my battery). but if you look at the documentation for the 2D, it is also pretty clear that the Ranger battery's capacity pushes it into the "maintainer" category rather than "charger".

I DO notice after leaving it plugged in for even a couple of hours that it makes a noticeable difference, even if it's still blinking red, indicating that it's still working.
