If you notice, the one in Eugene Oregon is only for Homes three stories or less.
They are only pinching the middle and lower class with this.
Well I’m out of Oregon thank God, but have you seen the latest? Looks like eastern Oregon wants to secede from the state of Oregon and become part of Idaho. They had been proposing that the last year I was there, doubt it would ever become a thing but a lot of people are pissed off in Oregon.

I also say that's a big reason to allow the dumbing down in public schools.
Just let them smoke their pot and not know any better. ** Docile **
You say the thing about pot... but let me tell you...

I was 100% against pot when I was in middle school. I wanted NO part of the horror story that
they tell you Marijuana use is... it being laced with meth... gonna make you want to do heroin... it's evil... all that.

I was a good kid. Had ZERO reason to question anyone or anything I was told.

Then I smoked some pot.... and realized THEY had been LYING to me.

Started questioning things, and forming my own opinions.

Pot use made me GROW UP. If it wasn't for that damn devils lettuce I'd probably BE part of the government or something much more horrifying than they tell you smoking a joint is lol.

Todd in basement smoking a bong hit, says:
"I've been smoking pot for 5 years and nothing has happened to me".
Mom yells down from upstairs: "Hey Todd, are you going to go look for a job today!?!"
Todd says: "Oh, yeah, probably."
.
Slogan:
"Smoking Pot? Watch Nothing Happen to You"
.
:D
.
Nah, I'm with you. I've never passed out on pot. I've never smoked so much pot I couldn't walk. I've never smoked so much pot that I ran around town with my buddies and didn't remember any of it the next day.
Done all those with alcohol.

Yes, I saw that some time back.
Some news stations interviewed several of those eastern Oregon people.

So glad when I retired I left Oregon. Beautiful state being run into the ground. Seems to be a theme, hmmm...I can't quite put my finger on it. ??

Oh I can, that’s why I moved to a place with like minded individuals ?
Yeah I was there for about 5 years after the military and while the coast was very pretty, the closer you got to Portland to more disgusting things began to get. We were on the coast pretty secluded from a lot of the filth, but every time we had to drive in to Portland (airport a few times and a monster truck show) my kid would always ask why there were so many people camping on the streets. I remember driving through and watching g people using drugs out in the streets in plain day. I was flying back into Portland one time and looking down out of the airplane and just seeing all the countless homeless camps around PDX and just thinking to myself how much better life will be out of that state.
They’re running the state into the ground. Crime rates have doubled and they’re wondering why. I remember watching a year of riots with people burning down buildings with no intervention at all and people screaming to defund the police. Immediately after, violent crime rates skyrocketed. Go figure. I will say I dont miss the amount of rain we had. I do miss the surf and jetty fishing I was able to do. Quick 15 minute drive to the ocean to go fishing was great. Negatives greatly outweigh the pros. They also just passed one of the most restrictive gun bills of all time. Made it out of there just in time with a major sigh of relief.

I was in southern Oregon near Medford. Certainly a better area. But the policies of the non right are beyond suffocating. Oregon eventually will be a negative population state as California is now.

Absolutely it will. I’m hoping most people leaving these states don’t bring the same mindset that forced them out of the state in the first place. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing (voting the same) over and over again and expect a different result. Most of the state is pretty squared away but a few very heavily populated cities run the entire thing. The grass is definitely greener elsewhere.

Don't hold your breath on that one. It happens all the time with refugees, whether from within the US, or from other countries.

Share your thoughts on the "regulation" of gas stoves with the government. Comments are open until April 3rd and there are links to documents outlining the plan and others comments.

Apathy will be the end.
It is important to avoid apathy, but we are beyond that point.
We now have a conflict between our elected politicians and the very foundational principles and documents which guarantee our freedoms and rights.
Blatant rejection of the rule of law is rampant in many states and in all three branches of the federal government.
People with common sense know when they are being lied to and subjected to tyranny, in spite of media claims to the contrary.
Be advised that this situation will not be corrected without great sacrifice of time , diligence and effort.
Just pray that will be enough.

We may loose our stoves but you guys down south are now going to loose reliable affordable air conditioning. Atleast you don't require AC to live.
