None of the toy ones will work properly with steel. That's why you step up to their production models for a couple more dollars. I have a $200 3018 that is good for aluminum. I actually find my cnc plasma table more useful for most of my steel projects. Your paying mostly for the fool proof controller on the toys.but it does not say anything about working with steel so it would be about useless for me....
YANKO looks like a kickstarter so you may never see a machine if you get on the list.I looked at the website, and I'm not sure if it's me, but they show a lot of pictures that look like they are generated vs actual pics of an actual physical machine.... ?‍![]()
