Synch/stereo malfuction

My stereo (B&O) has no sound and the screen keeps alternating between screens.

time for a soft reset...and if that doesn't help a master reset in in order...might have to disconnect battery

I did a master reset and that didn't work and then I learned about the Fast forward / power button press and that didn't work. Guess I'll try to disconnect the battery next.
