Only happened once. 2020 XLT 202A. Was talking on the phone through Sync, hit hangup button on steering wheel, and the sync3 screen went blank. Could not awaken it via touching it. Hit "home" button on steering wheel and it awoke and went to the home screen. Hasn't happened since. Any others see this?
