  1. Is the PRNDS on the console s'posed to light up?

The console PRNDS light was eliminated mid-year 2020. Search this site and you'll find a build date after which it was eliminated. If you have a 2019 you should have it.
  2. Cheat Codes

More than likely it wasn't the button presses, but rather you did a remote start with the FOB in your pocket. I've accidentally buttons on the FOB while climbing in/around the truck.
  3. Sync Navigation way off events

I'm going to bump this up. Happened again yesterday. The symptoms are that the Nav system is tracking/moving/dropping bread crumbs, but it is way off on its idea of current location. Couple of dozen miles off. Twice it had me tracking across a large lake. Once yesterday it had me tracking...
  4. Bump at stop and acceleration?

Does someone have the TSB number?
  5. Sync Navigation way off events

I've got a 2020 Ranger XLT with built-in nav. I've had two events in the last few days where the navigation map gets "way" off (2-5 miles), and it has me going in a direction that was about 180 degrees off. It tracked me across a local lake on the map. No error messages and no "GPS with slash...
  6. Upr catch can problems

I've noticed the same thing. O-ring has expanded leaving the baffles loose. When it gets warmer, I'll have to measure it for a better o-ring.
  7. Traction control still happening when disabled

Thanks. I wasn’t aware of the long press advance trac disable. That seems to do the trick.
  8. Traction control still happening when disabled

2020 XLT w/FX4. Don't have 4wd nor any terrain control mode enabled. Just had our first snow. When I hit the traction control button, it says it is turning it off, and the traction control off light comes on always. However, traction control seems to still be happening, but only sometimes...
  9. Catch can in northern climates

Thanks for the replys. Sounds normal then. The UPR catch can is mounted pretty far forward and doesn’t get very warm, especially when driving. I suspect that adds to the condensation.
  10. Catch can in northern climates

I installed a UPR catch can during the summer. During the first 2 months only accumulated maybe 1/2 tsp of oil. Now that the weather is cold (MN), I'm accumulating 1/2 a can a month of oily water mixture every month. I'm assuming it is mainly water condensation (I tried to light it but can't...
  11. Snowy Boston, love this Truck, but..

If you're talking about fuel economy due to running in 4H, I disagree. In the Ranger, the front axle/diff/driveshaft are always turning in 2H and 4H. Very little happens in 4H other than locking the front and rear drive in the transfer case.
  12. Mechanical Boost Gauge installed

Where is the boost pressure tapped from? Looks like you never get vacuum while you were driving. I'd expect a vacuum on idle or deceleration from a gas turbo truck.
  13. Voice commands not working for Navigation

Solved! UofMEngineer you da guy. That was exactly it. I re-did the upgrade, with a higher level of patience, and all including voice recognition is working.
  14. Voice commands not working for Navigation

I did actually. Just a week ago. Got a notification from FordPass that new maps were available. Think that is the issue?
  15. Voice commands not working for Navigation

Yes - thanks. It tells me all the navigation commands I can do. When I say any of them, it just sits there mute. Works fine for other screens.
  16. Voice commands not working for Navigation

2020 Ranger XLT. No Forscan or other relevant mods. I for the first time tried to use voice commands for navigation (since it wont let me search while driving via touchpad). First I say navigation, and the nav screen comes up and tells me what commands I can do. At that point, the only...
  17. Driveshaft Phasing

I climbed today under my 2020 XLT and noticed the same out of phase situation with the rear-most driveshaft section (as in the video by the OP). I can't say I'm noticing any vibration though.
  18. Towing With Non Limited Slip FDR 71

I don't believe the 2019+ Ranger comes with a limited slip differential option. You may be confusing the electronic locking differential option with a limited slip. They are quite different things. The electronic locking differential is manually engaged (and does not require any friction...
  19. CarID Bait-N-Switch Scam

Below sold already - thanks for looking. I ordered additional ones from Autonation Ford. Paid $6-7 apiece. The real deal ones. Unfortunately I ordered 4 instead of 2, so I have 2 extra. If anyone wants 2 for small donation PM me.
  20. Bump at stop and acceleration?

Are you sure you're not just feeling gas slosh in the tank? I've noticed this also. Seems to not be there on a full tank to me.
