Thought it might be fun to have a thread dedicated to those who have or have on order the Super Pacific Camper on their Ranger.
This will be a place to post ideas, questions and general Super Pacific information.

I have mine on Order for my 2020 5' Bed Ranger. I also do work with super pacific as a Colorado Satellite location for Install and servicing so if you have any questions I am happy to help.

Current list of known Ranger Super Pacific owners. Please add in those who are missed.

Thanks for starting the thread. I was one of the first 5’ Ranger installs last June (2019 FX4).

When SP did my install in Portland, they didn’t know how to treat the odd holes the bed has in the front corners of the bulkhead. They tried to plug things up the best they could with foam blocks, but I’m still getting some water in the bed (you can see the water marks in my photos). I’ve seen some tonneau cover install kits have more specifically designed parts to fill these gaps, but it’s been challenging trying to find those parts as standalone replacements.

Let me know if you have any ideas.

Do you plan on sharing any pictures besides your dirty bed corner?

Have some additional mods on it that aren’t shown in the photos (Solar panel, cross bars w/ski rack). Will post again after I can give her a wash, pretty filthy after several ski trips.

Mine is set to be here in May, Once it is there will be a lot of picture posted and if anyone has any requests on what they want to see I can make sure to shoot some photos or a quick video about it.

Not sure if this will be helpful, but I have an ARE MX topper on my truck and just finished 2 weeks camping in the bed of the truck in the Utah monsoons. I was getting cabside water intrusion as well and emailed back and forth with my topper dealer. As I now know, the cabside corners of the bed rails have huge holes in them... For no reason. They typically try to (and did for me) put foam between the topper and bedrails but still can't keep water out.

Back at the shop now as I type this and they are lifting the topper and putting some double sided neoprene pads on the corners inside and outside the bed to help dissuade water from coming in and using some butyl tape to plug the other interior holes. Will try to attach some pics shortly.

Edit: added pics. Did a basically successfully water spray test. Some incursion at the center of the bed with the water jet pointed directly at that point. Much improved.

This is helpful, thanks. Did they just use a plastic putty knife or something similar to tuck the butyl tape in there?

The butyl tape is finger moldable similar to play-doh.

I don’t know why there are all these holes either- seems like a big oversight. They even have metal flaps to block you from covering the holes??‍♂
I used a bunch of foam tape to stuff the holes and it still weeps but stays relatively dry.

I have my X1 Set to ship the 1st of May, finger crossed I should be able to get it installed on the 6th and have a little bit of time before I take off on a 11 day trip around the 19th of may. I have loved all my nights in my 23Zero Walkabout and it will live on after being transplanted to my Tacoma, but I am really looking forward to my Super Pacific.

I will do my best to take a look and figure out the best way to seal up the Ranger bed and to minimise the amount of dust that makes it into the Whole system.

Got Mine all mounted up and started the process of making it my own. More photos are coming soon and especially after the 10 night trip that we are taking at the end of May after Expo West.
This one is also be one that people can come and see as Off Grid 4x4 is a satellite location for Super Pacific here in Colorado. Also a Full service 4wd shop and very familiar with Rangers.

First few items have been a foam flooring, running a power panel to the back, and Interior Lights.

What Questions does anyone have?
What do you want to see thats been a burning question?
