If you already have the silver painted alloy wheels, try Plasti-Dip. It's a lot less expensive, and will almost certainly work better.

Yeah, I've done a few things with plastidip. Trouble is I'm too much of a perfectionist about it and with all the prep work, I may as well just buy the grey sport package wheels I want.

So I decided to give it a shot for $85 since a magnetic grey sport rim/tire deal fell thru. Got these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/193431943864

Overall, I'm pretty happy with them. They lock onto the center bore of the wheel, so no rattling. And no unbalanced shaking at highway speed.

Thanks for sharing! I'm considering them also, are they all still holding up ok after a few miles?

Not bad, not bad at all. I was looking at those, but lucked up on a set of wheels at a reasonable price.

So far, so good. No rattling or vibration. I was worried that I'd see too much of the grey inner rim but you don't notice it unless you're really looking for it. I saw a Fusion with them that had painted the center caps gloss black and the Ford script in blue. I might do that down the road.
