Lol, dealer asking about the rust proofing. Glad they fixed it but this is why I avoid dealers if possible. I'll sometimes pay out of pocket just to avoid their bs.

I had never used this service dept. before so I wasn't sure. overall I am happy with the experience. but yeah, they can be dicks. This one guy where we take the wife's Caddy has a personality that makes me miss the Nuns from Catholic School. I will not deal with him, I'd rather stand in line to wait for any other service advisor, even a green trainee.Lol, dealer asking about the rust proofing. Thanks for the concern. Yes, this was handled quite easily with the dealer replacing the brake pad, rotor, and caliper under the b2b warranty. The only real concern I had was that this was while I was away from home at a dealer that I had no prior information on, but it turned out to be just great and a good experience.Were they able to get it working properly and on your way with minimal fuss?
