Steering Wheel Paint Chip

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know the best way to fill in chips on the steering wheel? I am not sure how this happened, but the paint is chipping away.

Not a huge deal but it is a cosmetic issue that is bugging me when I drive. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
