?‍♂ I have no idea. lol I became the damper king so I figured I might as well be the CEO too. ?
I just thought you might have some info on the company as you are the CEO? Seriously knew you were not. I think the company was started by Denny Elwell in the 70's in Iowa.

Careful now. If someone is offended with damper denial you might end up on the wrong end of the news. Like that other CEO who denied someone….

I will say it, I hated the dampened tailgate on the F150 loaner I had. Was so happy to have my un-dampened Ranger back ?

Sorry, I'm now just too fancy to have a Neanderthal-esque tailgate flopping around.

I now MUST have the damper so that when the tailgate slowly lowers it can exude all the class that a 5 year old midsize truck can muster.

If the tailgate just dropped all of a sudden it might spill my caviar and merlot all over my silk mechanics overalls.

I keep a Hi-Lift jack handy to help me in closing it.

In Sept I posted about an accident involving a '2000 Ranger that got totally demolished, the cab being completely separated from the frame. Then today a friend shared this.

I have a "Permanent Ban" on FB LOL
I guess all those 30 day bans added up and the last straw was something I posted before the election about harris and tampon tim getting where they were on their knees, 60 seconds later I was logged out and banned....
this is what I see when I go to that link.....
Nope not playing that game.

Waiting for @AzScorpion to blame my bad rod bearing on the lack of a damper lol
I'm quite sure that it has been scientifically proven that a damper lowers the stresses on connecting rods and by so doing increases the lifetime and durability of the parts.

It's almost like lubing them with BS.
