Couple questions, have disconnected the battery for any reason? Second, do you have anything connected directly to the negative battery terminal? Both of these can affect the battery management system and give you this error. BMS may need to relearn the battery charge level, takes 8 hours with everything turned off and truck locked. Otherwise you may need to go in and have the battery checked and replaced under warranty.Every time I turn off ignition, truck goes into sleep mode. The message says to conserve the battery. I only have 4500 miles on the truck, battery is almost new.
The answer to both questions is no. I checked the output of the alternator, 14.57 volts, battery with engine off 12.56 volts. I guess I may just take it to the dealer. I’ve had it there once. They say they never have seen this problem. That’s the service adviser.Couple questions, have disconnected the battery for any reason? Same voltages mine reads in those situations. They may need to reset the BMS if the battery tests OK. Hopefully they know how to do it. ?The answer to both questions is no.
