    My 2020 Ranger keep going into sleep mode, took it to the dealer. They tested it, said the battery was bad, replaced battery under warranty. Hopefully it won’t happen again.

    The answer to both questions is no. I checked the output of the alternator, 14.57 volts, battery with engine off 12.56 volts. I guess I may just take it to the dealer. I’ve had it there once. They say they never have seen this problem. That’s the service adviser.

    Every time I turn off ignition, truck goes into sleep mode. The message says to conserve the battery. I only have 4500 miles on the truck, battery is almost new.
