I wanted to give a shoutout to Frank (@Stage3Motorsports). He has taken care of me (and others) since I joined the forum. I don't mean financially either. Frank has great customer service. He's quick to respond, will answer questions, can build your cart with the parts you're looking at. More importantly though, he's friendly and answers the phone when you call.
Today, I had to chat in with a question about rewards codes. He answered the chat and knew who I was (in the sense that he's dealt with me on the forums). He explained what had gone wrong and applied my rewards coupon for me.
Frank - I hope you show this to your boss. If I could give you a raise, I definitely would!
Also, thank you for providing *GOOD* customer service in a world where you can get away with poor customer service. I appreciate you always helping me out with parts, answering my questions, and dealing with my indecisiveness.
