At Wolf Haus off road
I finally got around to ordering his bed power kit over Memorial Day. I got the "cigar plug" and the cord he makes for the Jackery power box line.
I have a brand called Rock Pals, and like most china knock offs looks like they may be out of business less than a year after I bought one. Anyway, the cord for the Jackery won't fit my brand. I messaged Ethan about his return policy.
What's this guy do? Fabs me a custom cord for my knock off at no charge. Then my dumb ass actually took the time to pull my knock off out of the box only to find out I had what I needed already. Clownshoes I am! ?
And before any of this I inquired about his orange mounting panel, he sent one for free!
I offered payment for the mount and custom cord and my wasting his time by not looking at what I had prior to contacting him.
Guy had the audacity to not accept my money! ?
Seriously, Ethan is making a niche product here, buy from him to cover what I took from him!! LoL
