I’m wanting to put the Ford Suspension Kit on my Truck , to level it out .
I have approximately 2 1/2“ of extra height (Before Kit install) to get into our underground parking garage .. I already have a stubby antenna on .. Does anyone know what it looks like Under the Shark Fin Antenna ? I‘m thinking if I can remove that fin, and possibly put as flat as a cover over the electronics inside , I will have enough room for my truck to get into our garage .. any thoughts ? Thanks for any help .

There's a lot to unpack. so here's my $0.02.

This should get you close. Assuming by "leveling" it out, you will not raise the rear at all and also assuming a 3" lift in the front with a 126.8" wheel base, you will get a 1.3553 degree change in angle from the center of your rear wheel.

since your antenna is closer to the rear wheel, it will not rise the full 3". My super crew antenna looks to be about 32" from the center of the rear wheel which would raise the antenna about 3/4" higher than stock. Again, assuming you're only raising the front 3" and not raising the back end at all.

I have never removed the shark fin antenna but would imagine a pretty severe loss of radio and GPS reception if you replaced it with a cover.

anyone have thoughts?
