I've read a lot on this shaking and vibrations and unfortunately my 2022 ranger is shaking badly , can feel it in the seat and the steering wheel. Had the tires balanced, then road forced balance where the dealer stated one bad tire, so I replaced all 4. The vibration is still evident. Mostly around d 35mph and 65 mph. I know of the TSB's concerning the shudder, but I don't see anything about the shaking other than the driveshaft, or shimming the center support bearing. My question is has anyone had any success in correcting this very annoying vibration. My dealer says it's normal .

The TW driveshaft cured my vibration issues completely. Smooth driving now, up and down the speed spectrum. Highly recommend.

BigEtires did it $300 they had to wait a day for the Ford Only Part....
when we take our trucks outside of Spec. bigger tire and Lifts, we should expect some unwanted pressure on other parts?

I have a shutter at certain steering wheel inputs. A slight input on either direction, at any speed above approx 35 mph. New tires, so that's not it. Any ideas? Thnx✌

The driveshaft splines need lubrication. I bought some special duty shell Rotella moly grease and had a mechanic lube the splines. When he opened it up he said there was almost no lubrication left from factory. Mine is a '20 with about 70k km on it. Ford has since changed the lube they use on it. Cured all vibration and only cost about $77 CDN to do. Even if you had to do it 2-3 times over the life of the truck it's still much cheaper than the TW driveshaft which I believe you may need to lubricate over time.

I lube my TW driveshaft slip joint annually when changing the oil as a matter of routine maintenance. Takes ~5 minutes to do. It could not be easier.

Ford did not provide a way to lube the stock driveshaft,

All driveshaft splines need to be lubricated. When my TW driveshaft needed lubrication, it did not vibrate the truck. It would simply clunk slightly when coming to a stop.

My stock Ford driveshaft vibrated below 30mph, and shook the truck violently above 75mph. This was happening with 5K miles on the odometer! I'm at 25K miles now and the last 20K with the TW driveshaft have been as smooth as silk... the way the truck should have been performing from the factory.

The best $600 that I have spent on my truck.

The next best expenditure was the $325 for the Fitzstick transmission dipstick, LubeGard Platinum, 8 quarts of Mercon ULV, and a $20 transfer pump. This cured my bipolar transmission of all its craziness. And take my word for it, it was "Batsh!t Crazy". We were afraid to drive the truck, and were imminently close to selling it.
