This would be funnier if it wasn't possibly on the horizon. Last year I bought a new HP laptop running Windows 10 and everything that used to be bundled is now pay to activate. There is a common access card slot on the side that will probably be tweaked on the next model so you have to insert your VISA before each use because Microsoft doesn't take American Express.
