Lets see your's
I ended up putting 3m paint protection film on mine, this was the first time using this product I bought a 24" x 24" square to try this.
First one was the worst, by the last one it came out really well.
First attempt
Here is the last door and the process if everyone has ever wondered how this is applied.
Step one clean everything, Step two use the soap solution and get it wet, Step 3 wet the sticky side of the film, step 4 apply to area, step 5 position by moving till you find the sweet spot, Step 6 get a small area pressed down using a squeegee Step 7 life the rest and use a tack solution and finish it off using the squeegee, wet the top with the soap as well so you don't mark up the top of the film. here's a couple shots of it being put down on the last door.
And the finished look.
Not perfect but not bad and the best part no scratched door sill area. when it get marked up a lot pull it off and do it again.
