When I switch to satellite on Sync 3.4 '19 Ranger, I get a message on the screen "Satellite Antenna Fault". I did a Master Reset, but it didn't clear. The roof antenna is intact, no under dash work performed, but a rat did pay me a brief visit (inside the cab as well as under the hood) last spring. Could that nasty rodent have eaten the satellites?

The satellite antenna cable runs from the center of the dash, up the "A" pillar on the passenger side, across the headliner to the shark fin antenna at the back center of the roof. If it was chewed by a mouse, that would cause your problem.

See if you can pull any codes via scanning to help determine if it is an antenna issue or something else as if not any visual damage or disconnect will require some wiring checks

The ACM direct feeds the antenna for AM/FM

For Sat - The ACM Feeds a Splitter (3-Way) that ties in the APIM and then the splitter feeds the antenna.
