'20 Ranger 4 X 4 Lariat purchased used but in excellent condition. No problems whatsoever up until now, at 112,000 miles. I'm out of warranty
so I'd rather see if anyone else has this same issue before I maybe have a prof'l diagnosis done... Right side radar seems to be out, mirror lane warning
light doesn't light when another vehicle is next to mine. Warning on dash says: "Cross Traffic System Fault" alternating between it and "Blind Spot System Fault - OFF" Thanks, in advance for any help or advice! ~ Duffy in Sonora, CA.

With Forscan or Scan Tool - Reset the SODR code and perform a self-test reset and record the code before you clear it. To help in pinpointing what is generating the fault.
You may also try pulling Fuse 23 in the (BJB) Eng Bay Fuse Box for a few minutes.
Note: The fuse is good as this power's other users, the pull is to cycle power on the module itself.

It's going to most likely be the (R-Side) BLIS Module in the RR Taillamp Assy but it could be something as simple as a dirty connector or just needs a simple reset.
The BLIS Module = Cross Traffic (When in Reverse) and (Blind Spot) when driving so the reason for both messages you are seeing.
You may also try pulling the R-Taillamp and inspect for moisture in the housing.

The module that mounts (in the open hole) is the BLIS module (SODR) Side Obstacle Detection (Right)

Both sides are the same part number (BUT) are programmed side specific So if you replace use Forscan and get the As-Built data off the old module then install the new module and load the As-Built data onto the new module (matching) the off module.
If using a scan tool - this procedure is made simple by a (PMI) feature.
This automatically downloads the data and reloads it on the new replacement module.

If it is indeed the BLIS Module - they run about $450.00, so you want to confirm its bad before you shotgun a new part at it. Ebay may be an option for a used unit assembly or module for a cheaper price.
You can try swapping Right to Left and see if the issue follows but you will have to reprogram the left and right (positions) so set the Left side as right and the Right side as left.
