Anyon who purchased one, how did you do it? I contacted them through their website over a week and a half ago with no response.

I ordered directly through the website. Sent email to let them know this was for the North American/ left hand drive Ranger. Product arrived quicker than the estimated delivery time.

A few emails seemed to go unanswered for a while, then a response out of nowhere.

I used the one from Trac Electronics and from the time I ordered it on their page to the time it was in my hands was about 2 weeks.

Remember there are two different types of window modules that Trac makes. There is one you put in the drivers door that make all the wimdows one touch from the drivers door and allows you to open and close them with your fob. The other is module you put in each passenger door and makes that door one touch but with no operation from fob. I don't know if Redtek makes both or not.

I have the Trac module in my drivers door and love it. It automatically rolls the windows up when you lock the truck, and you can open them when you unlock it on a hot day as you walk to the truck.
