There is a cross member that spans between the chassis side rails (long members) just above the spare tire. To the outside edge of the spare tire on both sides is an existing chassis ground. If you look up into the crossmember there is a cutout (about 6" x 4") you'll see the bolt/nut and the notch that holds the crimp ring from twisting. The bolt head is 8mm, and a ratcheting wrench makes this quick work, but a regular wrench would work just fine.
