Rear suspension

Hello, I have a Lariat FX4 2019. 15 kilo. I only drive on beautiful roads and put no load in the box. My shock smashed. The garage has been renovated, but the suspension is not correct. It leans against all the bumps. Do you have any advice. thank you

Bonjour, j'ai un Lariat fx4 2019. 15000km et je n'ai jamais roulez sur des routes cahoteuses et jamais transporter de charge. Mes shock arrière ont défoncé. Le concessionnaire les a changer. mais le problème persiste. Quand je roule et je rencontre une bosse, la suspension vas accoter au fond a chaque fois. Ils m'ont répondue que je doit accepter ce défaut du Ranger.

Hi! I have a Ford Ranger FX4 Lariat 2019 with around 10k miles on the clock. I only drove the pick up on city roads / highways, and never transported stuff nor tow hauled anything. The Ford dealership garage changed my rear shocks because they were desealed / shut. When I drive over bumps the rear still goes to the ground and knock the shocks to the floor each and everytime. The dealership says thats a known issue and I'll have to live with it. Anyone have/had same issue? Any help? (a friend of mine translated my text for me)

So you're saying the rear shocks bottom out over normal bumps?! Ah nooooo we don't have that issue...they're lying to you
