Rear Bumper -Plastic Upper Piece

The ends on mine are curved/bent outward so it almost comes in contact with the tailgate when it is opened. I hadl it to the dealers body shop for this and what ever they did was no improvement. Question is does yours bend toward the tailgate at the outer ends??
