Hi all,

I was poking around under the truck this afternoon and noticed that the rear brake lines look quite sketchy, is this something I’m able to replace myself? Pic attached for reference

I have taken parts like that and used Scotch-Brite or steel brush to clean the parts .Then spray some Fluid film on and around the parts.

If your truck is rusty there, chances are 100% it's rusty in places you can't see! Get your truck undercoated ASAP. Find a local Fluid Film, Wool Wax or Surface Shield sprayer.
ah good idea, that just will be another thing to add to the list after finishing my current maintenance I’m working on and then getting new brakes. Getting everything up to my “spec” as someone who wants this thing to drive like new has been quite the challenge
