Anyone on here ever get this email message?
It turns out, if you have a phone with an unlocked bootloader, Ford will lock your account with no warning. For me, it meant Fordpass couldn't be accessed. The number they show here is for general Ford accounts, like Ford Credit. I had to have them redirect me to the correct team to look into the issue. Their only solution was to not use an unlocked/jailbroken phone to access the account. Since my company usually supplies only unlocked phones, I have to use a backup for this one app now. WTF are they worried about? No other app cares about this, including the Tesla app that I need to actually drive that vehicle.
