Hi Everyone,

I have a 2023 Ford Ranger XL SXT and I have very big dreams for this thing. I’ll take any feedback or ideas yall wanna throw my way. Anyways, I am absolutely obsessed with the look of the 2014 Ford Raptor look and I’m trying to replicate that in my Ranger.

Here is how the truck looks right now, I haven’t done much other than the obvious tailgate damper, wrapped license plates, ranger raptor grill (I still have to wire up the pod lights), and a rough country hard top tri fold bed cover.

I have the Go Rhino RB30 running boards coming in like a week or so and those will be installed soon.

Obviously I want to lift this thing and throw some 33-35s on it but I’m gonna save up for the next couple of months and also use the stock tires while they’re still good only 11k miles on them.

I will continue to update this as I go.
Below I will include the planned tires, rims, and other accessories I plan to add.

This is the rims I’ve had my eyes on to get that OEM look on a budget, the problem is the bolt pattern is 6x135mm with a 34 offset and my Ranger has the 6x139.7mm.

I’m wondering if anyone if this is something possible I can pull off, and if so would it just require wheel spacers. Also, I will have a local shop doing all of this for me. I’m sure they’ll know what to do but I wanna pick everyone’s brains and see what y'all think.

Forgot to mention I also got all of my windows tinted 5% along with a ceramic coating.

For the wheels I’m really liking the nitto ridge grappler hoping to do somewhere between 295/70/17 - 315/70/17.

I plan on also adding the roush fender flares along with their CAI.

Well you can probably buy a 2014 Raptor for the price of a 2023 Ranger. So... that would be my first suggestion?

Well thank you but I’m okay. I love my Ranger and I actually really enjoy that it’s not as big as a full size pick up. I just like the look of the that generation of raptor and I have the vision in my head to make mine look similar to it one day.

Look into Bronco take-off’s. Black Diamond steelies are for sale all over eBay and offer up. Can pick up 5 wheels for $350 in my area.

Also don’t buy load range E tires it will kill MPG.

You might want to get the new crash bars for those bigger tires. I run a -25 offset with Falken 70/270 17's which puts me out of the fender at about 3/4 in but it's barely noticible. It also gives almost 2 inches on outside wheelbase. Only two drawbacks, it gets out of allignment easier and a few rock chips low down but I don't care, my truck ain't no a pavement princess.

Have you check APG? If you got cash they are a good one. They are in your neck of the woods. I got a 3.5 inch lift and currently using a 295/70R17 Nitto Recon Graphler

Get wheels that are made to fit your truck - not ones that requires an adapter. I’m not sure how you’ll achieve the look you’re after without ending up with just another modified Ranger with bigger tires, some lift, and a Raptor style grille.

Oh, wait, that’s me. ?

You could always go to Ali Babba or wish.com and order some badges like this guy…

oh oh, did I just say badges, hombre?
