Ranger 1.25 wheel spacers bora

Looking for anyone that have installed the 1.25 bora spacer with pictures. I have a 19 with a 3.5 inch lift looking to make the tires flush with fenders. It has 285/70r17 and I love the factory wheels.

Did you have to cut anything for this set up? This is with spacers already installed?
