Rain sensor separating!!

My rain sensor is separating from the windshield (again!). I’m getting message saying the sensor needs to be cleaned. This happened once before. It looks like it just needs to be pressed back onto the windshield. I cannot however figure out how to remove the review mirror sensor cover and I don’t want to break it. Does anyone know how to safely remove? Feels like it’s just plastic clips but my track record with those is poor

It's kind of like those signs you see in an antique store, "You break it, you bought it." I would suggest a trip to the dealer. If it's coming lose now it will probably do the same at some point. Good luck

Yeah I figured. Hard to remove plastic typically ends with me breaking it!
