Question about the Global vs US body style.

All new to the USA, been here, Asia, and Europe since 2011. Here is my 2015 Australian model. There are some obvious differences, but from what I've seen here in this forum I imagine some stuff from our model would also fit yours.

It's called Ford Gunmetal Blue, it's a somewhat uncommon colour here, most people seem to prefer, White, ( doesn't show the bush pinstripes as much) Black ( looks cool when clean but not so popular up here where I live in the subtropics) and Silver gray ( also a favourite of mine), and a really bright blue.

There is also a rather nice orange, and post box red, but for some strange reason only available on the lower spec models.
