This is on my camper not my truck, a 2021 Clipper Express 9.0TD Vpkg, but I thought it might interest people because it’s very similar to a setup a buddy has for his starlink mini on his tacos roof rack

System kit is all Renogy with a single 50w panel capable of plug and play with more or bigger panels.

Just did the same thing with our trailer. Went with 100w panel to speed up charging times and better keep the battery topped off. Mine isn’t permanent though, I built a little rack for it so I can move it around where I need it. I didn’t like the idea of parking the trailer in the shade and having the panel blocked by a tree.

I have a solar port and mobile folding panel for that! This is to keep it topped off in float mode without having to plug it in and to help run the fridge on a full charge for short one or two night trips
