Performance is not what I'm expecting after upgrades. Slow and bogs the start...putting up worse than stock numbers...

I finally got mine to the track last week. With both a Racebox and a Dragy, I was looking at 14.8's. At the track, I was 14.23 @ 94mph for my best ET (only made two passes), on 91 Octane. Mods are listed in my signature. I know @Doc was in the 13's with just the Unleashed tune and exhaust (maybe?). I need to work on wheelspin on launches. I also forgot to lower tire pressure, which will help.

My point is, with a good sticky track, you'll probably see better times than the TS is showing you.

I saw where you had recommended that to someone before, and meant to do it. Just forgot. ??‍

I’ll definitely be going again. Probably going to make it a once a month thing. I hadn’t been to a track since they closed down the local 1/8 mile about 20 years ago. It’s just as fun as I remember!

My observations/suggestions, some were already discussed, some were not:

91 or better octane
lower tire pressure
holding down the traction control button

Get rid of the turbosmart junk and go with a diverter like the GFB
Open up the exhaust - downpipe, catback

If you want to take it further, charge pipes, intercooler
Unleashed isn't bad, would stay away from SCT, might want to try Livernois, they have an E30 tune

Once you push the traction control button the light comes on. You’ll see the Icon on the dash..

If you continue to hold it, it will also turn off AdvanceTrac. You have to hold it for about 5 seconds for that part.

Heck, I only have the Ford Ecoboost Performance Tune/K&N filter. Using 93 E0 gasoline. My Ranger HAULS ASS - substantial kick in the midrange.
