PDR Front Door Access

Hello, I am wanting to get some small dents removed from my front door. My PDR guy said he would need to either drill a hole for access, or he said he could try removing the door panel and see if there is access from behind it. I was curious if anyone would know if there are access points behind the panel (maybe someone has pictures?).

I'm a little hesitant to have a hole drilled, but I also don't really want to have the panel taken off just to find out it was for nothing.

Yes plenty of access all around with door panel and moisture barrier removed.
