I made some changes to the truck today, this morning I put the spare tire back in under the truck.

Then I went to Lone Star Conversions and had the tonneau cover taken off.

It was time for a change. The tonneau cover had been on there for 4 years and the spare tire had rode in the bed for the same amount of time.
That's life. Things happen, things change and people also change.
And life goes on.

Yes they do Chris. Even on ROADKILL you'll see Freiburger occasionally wash certain vehicles. Ever since I joined here, my truck seems to see the car wash more than it used to.

Status report on driving the truck with the open bed and without the tonneau cover and spare tire back in the stock location. I love it!
It's like driving my old trucks, Rangers and F150s, it's like driving Grandpas old farm truck. It has that true old school truck feel to it. I smile every time I go to load something in the bed and the only thing that I have to open and close is the tail gate.

I just got a new phone. Now to see if I can figure out how to post pictures with the dang thing.

Never mind lol. It's easier to post pictures with my new phone than it was the old phone, which was the better part of a decade old.
Oh well. Problem solved lol.
