Ohio is going to get rid of the front plate in like a month so I don't want random holes in my bumper

I'm pretty sure those come pre drilled at the factory whether you need them or not

The only two holes required for the plate bracket are on the bottom side of the bumper cover. You would have to crawl underneath to see them, if the bracket was not in place.
