I ordered a Ranger Tremor Lariat on 8-18
I received the VIN# on 9-9
QUESTION: How long after you received your VIN# did it take to get your build scheduled?
The waiting sucks (and I have waited 15 months on my Bronco order too) I hope I still receive it this year.

I don't know what things are like right now, but when I ordered mine back in December of 2018, my build week (not day) we scheduled shortly after my VIN was assigned. Closer to the build week, I got a build day. As the date gets closer they get more specific on when it will be built.

With all the parts shortages, I don't know how it is happening. I would expect you should have a build week at this point.

What does your dealer say? I know they have access to a LOT more info than we do, but it seems like most dealers are not interested in looking it up. Just to show you, this is what kind of detailed info the dealers have - an "insider" was able to retrieve this for me after my truck was delivered - it gets VERY detailed especially during the delivery phase:

Placed my order in may for a lariat tremor. In june got a build date of August. Delivery date early September. Then it went to October ,and now late November. Lariats are awaiting chips.

with my XLT ordered on 7/12 got VIN and build date on 7/16

Its built awaiting chips. Not for sure what are all the differences between xlt and lariat. Another guy ordered a xlt few weeks after me and has his now.
