RETIRED!!!!
I kinda brought it on myself. I torn it in late winter/early spring an didn't get the surgery right away. Then covid pushed surgeries back. I ended up extending the tear more than the orig MRI showed. The Dr said it was so bad it almost needed a replacement an if I injured it again he couldn't fix it. That's why I decided to retire 2 years earlier than I planned.
Hopefully it will continue to improve. Looks like you will have to be cautious.

Disappointed Dave @AzScorpion :frown: Not even one shot of the damper with Graphene on it.
You missed a great cross-selling opportunity.
We must be on the same wave length tonight KJ. Check out the post below yours. ?

How does that stuff (Graphene) hold up to gnarly winters? 32 and below for 5 months? I take my rig to the touchless wash several times a week year round (unlimited washes are money)

Also, at the dealer when I bought the truck I had the hood and front fenders, etc. wrapped, can Graphene be applied over that, is it still affective/efficient?
I wouldn't know from experience, if it ever got that cold here for that long I'd move. ?

From what I've read and the video in the Graphene Detailer thread here from Pan The Organizer who's in Canada it's holding up great in their winters. He's been doing a test on it too and just added the Graphene Detailer to a black car he used Graphene on 9 months ago and it's beading up good still.

Yes you can use it over wrap, it won't hurt it. That's what's nice about it you can basically spray everything on your vehicle (glass, rubber, plastic, metal) and not worry about any problems with adhering to it.

Bookmarked, and thank you kindly, sir.
Anytime my friend. One nice thing too is if you have a heated garage (or know someone who does) you can apply the Graphene in the winter as there's no cure time. Ceramic coatings can take anywhere from 12-24 hours to cure before you can drive the vehicle or expose them to harsh elements.

Lookin good Dave!

They never understand until you point to their closet full of shoes. Then they don’t want to talk about it anymore. lol?

I follow a 70% rule on most minor purchases for my hobbies.

As far as she knows anything arriving at our house cost roughly 70% of what I actually spent. Keeps the grumbling to a minimum.

For example, the rifle I posted about recently in the OT thread was simply sold. There was no mention of the pistol I also recieved in trade. New toy for me, cash for the family, and everybody is happy.

Pretty sure she does the same thing. But for some reason she never sells any of her shoes.

I enjoy it too. Got some detailing stuff yesterday from UPS and the wife was asking why I spend so much on it. The nerve of her? at least I got on black Friday sale
I used to be OCD about keeping my vehicle showroom clean. Now I'm LAZZY. I wish I lived near you guys because I'd be over there with that pizza.
Don't get me wrong, I still keep her clean, just not showroom clean. Definitely gets washed, vac interior wiped twice a week at least. More when it rains.

It’s been a little over a year since I first applied 2 coats of the new Graphene Nano spray. I will say I’m very impressed with the longevity of it as it’s held up great to our intense weather here. Before using this I was using Optimum products and while they’re great too they would fade out within 6-8 months here.

Last night I washed, striped the old finish off and applied 2 more coats of Graphene than got up this morning and felt energetic and applied a 3rd coat as you can layer up to 3 coats. Psst..did you hear that Brandon @dondonbabyraptor it’s only supposed to be up to 3 coats in one year not 3 coats in one month. Lol ?

I did the "baggie test” after washing and surprisingly it was still super smooth so there was no need to clay. I’m wondering if the Graphene helps keep the contaminates off because before using this I had to clay it as it was very rough. This stuff is so easy to apply the first coat took me about an 1 hour, the second was about 45 minutes and the third was 30 minutes. The hood looks like a mirror and you can see the reflection off the ceiling.

I’m looking forward to getting my bottle of Graphene Detailer next week so I can see the difference in that from the Optimum Glass Enhancer I’ve been using.

Gosh Dave, you could've taken the pictures without the sun blinding us in the camera so we could enjoy the shine on the truck! ?

Dang brother Dave, that thing is purdy. I guess I'll need to clear a space on my shelf for something new. BTW, let me know if you nut up, and say something to your GF about all the shoes she has. I still wear the mental scars from mentioning to my dearest that she didn't need to take 4 pair on our last trip. So, you can understand why I'm a bit reticent to mention shoes to that little woman ever again. o_O :bandit:

Thanks Al! It was so bright and reflective I was trying to get a close up shot but it was to shiny. lol Tomorrow I have to give the damper a couple more coats of Graphene to gain a little more hp. ?
Another point overlooked is that because the graphene is in fact a highly dense and compact surface filler, the basic sea level air pressure causes the car to roll forward like a water mellon seed from between fingers. This effect gives an immediate 5 mph off the line...

Wouldn't the reduced drag coefficients brought on by the graphene eliminate the damping ability of the damper, if it came in contact with the piston???

I do the same with my guitars and music stuff, in fact one of my greatest fears is that after I die, she sells everything for what she thinks I paid for it.

And then most likely use the money to buy more shoes and purses!!!!

The one thing I hate about my house is the south facing driveway! You cant escape the sun and it's tough trying to wash your vehicles and obviously take pictures. ?

Here's a better one I took when the sun was off the driveway that won't blind you.?

I've always loved the Saber color was how it changes color in different lighting. It has an orange look during the day and a bronze look at night.

Thanks Jim. I opened my big mouth once about her shoes and all the cloths she has. She was smart because she smiled (ut oh) walked over to my gun safe, opened it and said really? Lesson learned, keep my big mouth shut.:lipssealed:
