What happened to the little white one that comes with the truck in the Emergency pack under the back seat?

Reminds me of these…

Push the oil can - yes, can - with your palm, onto the piercer to open it, pull it back, rotate the can about 10°, pierce it again, and let it flow.

I still have one of those somewhere, but haven't seen a tin to use it on in a long time. I also have an original BP glass oil bottle with screw on filler from the 1960's.
